Question: I returned an item; why am I still getting overdue notices for it?

If you're receiving notices for an item that you returned, please contact us as soon as possible by calling (617) 373-8778 or emailing us at circulation@northeastern.edu.

We will conduct a thorough search for the item for 40 days, and we will ask you to do the same at home. If the item is not found or returned at the end of this period, you will be responsible for replacing the item.
