Question: What is ILLiad?

ILLiad is the software that the Northeastern Library uses to process and manage all interlibrary delivery requests from other institutions.

If you need library material (such as a book, article, media, etc.) not available at the Northeastern Library, you may use ILLiad to request that item, and library staff will work with partner institutions in North America and beyond to borrow a copy or obtain a scan.  This service is available to current Northeastern faculty, staff, and students.

Log in to ILLiad using your Northeastern username and password.  You will need to register the first time you use it. Use ILLiad to create requests, check the status of a request, renew your ILLiad books, access your articles, and review your request history.
