I’m trying to use a Gale Cengage resource and keep receiving an error message. What do I do?

This is a problem that occurs when using Gale databases with the Chrome or Safari browser, caused by the way they process cookies. Clearing your cookies and cache should help the problem, but using a different browser such as Internet Explorer or opening an incognito window in Chrome will also work and may be a better idea if you’re consistently using Gale resources.
