I have trouble submitting a request through ILLiad. What should I do?

Typically when patrons are bounced back to the log in screen during an ILLiad request submission, they receive an error message having to do with an "invalid session id." If this is what you're seeing, please attempt one or all of the following steps:

  1. Close all ILLiad-associated browser windows, then clear cache and cookies from your history. Next you can attempt to login. 
  2. Attempt login within another browser.
  3. Attempt login via an incognito window.
  4. Attempt to log in through a different computer.
