Who will review NIH data management and sharing plans (DMSPs)?

NIH Program Staff will review data management and sharing plans for completeness. DMSPs will not be considered as part of the peer reviewer process unless there are budget items related to data management and sharing costs. In that case, peer reviewers will consider whether the DMSP-related budget costs are reasonable.
