Low or No Background Audio

Background noise can be at best distracting and at worse make audio information unintelligible or painful to listen to. The effects of background noise depend on the listener and the severity of the background noise.
When recording audio, try to include no background noise or background noise (including music) that is at least 20 decibels lower than the foreground speech.
Examples:
Do
- find a quiet place to record.
- review sound files for background noise and rerecord if needed.
- use sound settings to reduce background noise in Camtasia.
Don't
