Northeastern University alumni have access to a substantial selection of the Library's online offerings!

Online databases and e-journals:

Alumni have access to these online library databases and resources: https://library.northeastern.edu/administration/alum/online-research-for-alumni/

The RefWorks citation management system is also available from off-campus after you graduate.

Please note that legal agreements for our electronic resources restrict their use to educational purposes only.

You will continue to use your Northeastern username and password when prompted for access to the online services linked above.  Please visit Northeastern's alumni page to see how to set up your two-factor authentication (2FA) with Duo, if you have not already done so.

A complete list of Northeastern University Library services for alumni is available at: https://library.northeastern.edu/administration/alum/

Entering Snell Library:

While Snell Library undergoes renovations, and in order to preserve as much seating and study space as possible, access during the renovation is available only to current Northeastern University students, faculty and staff. Upon completion of the renovation, a brand-new Alumni Reading Room will be accessible on the first floor of Snell Library.

F. W. Olin Library:

Members of the Mills College Alumnae Association have access to the F. W. Olin Library on the Oakland, CA campus. See Oakland access information.

Please see complete information about Northeastern Library services for alumni.  If you have questions about specific resources and services, please let us know.  If we cannot provide something, we may be able to suggest alternatives.
