Question: I’m trying to access an article from EBSCO but instead I only get a black bar that reads ‘contentserver.asp.’ The PDF doesn’t actually display.

This is most likely a problem with your Chrome browser settings. Go into Chrome’s settings and make sure the ‘Chrome PDF viewer’ plug-in is check ‘Always allowed to run.’ If that doesn’t work (or if you’re not using Chrome), try clicking the ‘Download PDF’ button at the top of the screen.
