Question: Are visitors allowed in Snell Library?

While Snell Library undergoes renovations, spaces will be in flux, and certain spaces will not be accessible for use, including Room 90, the Archives and Special Collections Reading Room, and the Alumni Reading Room. In order to preserve as much seating and study space as possible, access during the renovation is available to current Northeastern University students, faculty and staff with a valid Husky Card only.

You can view the current Visitor Access Policy for Snell Library on the library website.

Alumni continue to have access to a collection of online resources and databases. Upon completion of the renovation, a brand-new Alumni Reading Room will be accessible on the first floor of Snell Library. We look forward to reopening to alumni and other authorized visitors as soon as we are able to do so.
