You may not bring a bike or scooter into F.W. Olin Library or Snell Library. The use of skates, skateboards, scooters, and bicycles inside the Library buildings, on its loggia (porches), or on the steps and ramps leading to the building is prohibited for your safety and that of others.

Motorized vehicles of all kinds including bicycles and scooters are not allowed inside the Library buildings. This restriction does not apply to ADA assistive devices.

Bike racks are available at the entrances to both F.W. Olin Library and Snell Library. It is recommended that you use a steel U-Lock to secure your bikes and scooters to the bike racks on campus.

In addition, the use, or charging of, hoverboards is not permitted inside the Snell Library building per the Northeastern University Police Department.
