Question: Why isn't my Pitchbook login working?

Once a year, as a security precaution, Pitchbook requires that Northeastern account holders reset their password access. 

When this happens, you may see an error message saying your account is inactive or has been deleted.   To reset your account, open the link below in a private browsing tab and click on "create an account".

Use the same Northeastern email address as your original account.  You will be prompted to reset your password in the usual way.

You may also try clearing your cookies and cache/history if a private browsing window does not work.
