Beginning October 7, 2024: Study rooms will be booked using Robin

  • All currently enrolled students can reserve a room on floors 4 and 1 as well as the lower level.
  • In addition, currently enrolled graduate students can reserve a group study room on floor 3 in the Graduate Study Room (320).
  • Bookings can be up to 3 hours in length.
  • Students who book a space must check in to confirm the space within 30 minutes of the start time or the room will be released.
  • Students who book a group study room are encouraged to invite all students attending to their Robin booking so that everyone will get notifications related to the booking. 
  • Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance
  • Available only for times during the Library Service Desk Hours.
