Your account may be blocked -- that is unable to submit new requests -- if you have 1 or more items that are overdue by more than 1 month, and you have not contacted us beforehand to make arrangements for their return or renewal.
Your account may be disavowed -- that is unable to log into your account -- if you are no longer a current student, faculty, or staff at Northeastern.
