How long will it take for my ILLiad article request to arrive?

Usually 1-3 business days. Although, if it is a rare or not widely owned journal/book that the article is published in, then processing time can be longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your article arrives and is ready to view, you will receive a notification email. There is a link in your notification email to your PDF file. Or, you can log in to your ILLiad account.
- Once you have logged in, scroll down to Electronically Received Articles.
- Find the record of the article that you want to access by your transaction number.
- In the record, select View.
Please make sure to save the file once you access it as the file will be purged from your account after 30-days due to Copyright compliance.
