How do I save citations to Mendelay from Scholar OneSearch?

Answer

To save a citation, such as a book, article, film, or other item to Mendelay from Scholar OneSearch, select the item--or select multiple items--and use the icon labelled "RIS (Endnote etc...)".

You will be prompted to download the file.  Save it to a convenient location.

Open Mendelay and import the file.

If you are saving multiple items, it may be easier to select several and upload them all at once instead of one by one.  If you log in to Scholar OneSearch, they will be stored in your personal "saved" account as you go, similar to saving to an online shopping cart.

Then you can select the RIS button as above, and download all of them together in a batch as a single file.  Open Mendelay and import the file, and all the citations will be imported to Mendelay.
