How can I export all the records I need from a database into EndNote or another citation manager if the database limits the number of records?

Answer

If the database limits the number of records, you can break down the exports into smaller chunks. For example, you can sort your results with the oldest first and export the maximum number allowed. You can then re-sort your results with the newest first and capture the rest of the results. If your results are too big to be exported in two batches, you can use further date limiters within the database to make multiple exports to EndNote or another citation manager. If you need help with this step, please contact a member of the Citation Management team.
