About Northeastern's JSTOR subscription model:  Through the Boston Library Consortium, Northeastern participates in the JSTOR EBA program, which provides Northeastern users with e-books from these participating publishers, usually two years after publication. Northeastern also participates in a "demand driven" acquisition program (DDA) that surfaces newer books in Scholar OneSearch, which are triggered for purchase and access in perpetuity after the 6th use (with a $250-per title price cap).
