Where do I direct questions about classroom technology?

Classroom IT services are a branch of the IT department and questions should be directed to their specific service.
For immediate assistance, requests can be submitted through email to classroomITsupport@northeastern.edu. Make sure to include the classroom name and building in the subject line.
For non-urgent assistance:
- submit a standard Help ticket (basic software help, login issues, MS Teams)
- email AThelp@northeastern.edu (for academic and classroom technology such as Canvas)
